QUICK UPDATE: Expect Backerkit any day now
over 8 years ago – Fri, Nov 20, 2015 at 09:47:06 PM

Hello everyone, I wanted to let everyone know that Backerkit is setup and ready to go.

Once Kickstarter processes all data I can move onto the next stage and offer Backerkit and the add ons to you. This could be any day at this point; I know it can take 10-14 days for Kickstarter to process all the information.

Thank you again! Oh and other news. Several artists are submitting pieces for the exterior map tiles. I will be sharing those with you next week!

Surveys
over 8 years ago – Mon, Nov 16, 2015 at 07:57:19 PM

Hello everyone. I wanted to let you all know that the Kickstarter surveys will be going out late evening/tomorrow. This is a necessary step to ensure that your shipping information is labelled correctly. The Backerkit email will follow in a few days and I will be sure to send out another update letting backers know what day to look for that email. All add-on possibilities will be part of Backerkit and will not appear in the Kickstarter survey.

As far as the development end of things go, Robin is working on the first 5 art pieces for the mission book. I have also created the diagrams that the artist will follow for exterior tile set.

I will let you all know how each of those development go. I am also beginning signup for the playtesting groups for December.

Take care and write if you have any questions!

BLACKOUT IS A REALITY!
over 8 years ago – Mon, Nov 16, 2015 at 02:10:03 AM

Thanks to you, Blackout is now onto to its next stage of development!

I want to thank all of you again for helping me make this dream come true. You have been truly supportive and pivotal in the the development of the core Blackout game.

I will be focusing on the remaining tasks to finalize all aspects of the game. My first priority is setting up the Backerkit webpage and making sure it is working as expected. When that is complete and fully functional, you were receive an email from Backerkit containing instructions to sign in. This may time a couple days.

Next, I am going to be working with Robin to being the Mission Log imagery.

Finally, I will be hitting up my local gaming stores to assemble the 4 playtesting groups that will begun going through the campaign in December and January.

Feel free to send me a message if you have any questions. The next update will be about the Backerkit page going live.

Take care and thank you.
